Information submitted

Employer forms may include organisation, contact, phone, worker requirement, location and shift details. Worker forms may include name, phone, preferred role, work area, experience and availability.

How information is used

Panito uses submitted information to review enquiries, contact the person who submitted the form, assess worker or employer requirements and coordinate relevant next steps.

How the website sends information

On supported hosting, form details are sent to Panito by email through the website form handler. If direct submission is unavailable, the website may open the visitor's email application as a fallback.

What not to submit

Do not upload or send Aadhaar, passport, bank details, medical records or other sensitive identity documents through these enquiry forms.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, assess a requirement or meet applicable obligations. Panito does not claim to sell enquiry information to advertisers.

You may contact Panito to ask about information you submitted or request correction or deletion where applicable.
